Just a few months to go by and this 56-story building will be given its glass crown adding a few more feet to its height to turn it into the tallest residential building in the western United States at 683 feet. The most valuable attribute of this amazing Austin condo is its breathtaking view. In a bid to make it distinguishable from other Austin condos, the Austonian team has come up with a list of exclusive services and amenities. This will make the tower particularly attractive as a venue for hosting grand parties and entertaining guests.

At its 55th floor, Austonian has its formal dining area called Austonian Club. Just imagine having dinner in the sky with 360-degree views of downtown Austin in the backdrop of Colorado River and the Texas Hill Country to give you company! The formal dining area on the top of the city’s tallest condo tower offers just that. Additionally, the Austonian Club also has a private dining room that can accommodate up to 200 people. This flexible space is meant for smaller events.

On its 10th floor, you will find a lush green lawn. This one also can be used for entertaining purposes. The lawn comes complete with outdoor kitchens, plush private cabanas with flat-screen televisions and in-pool lounging areas. If you are more inclined to indoor entertainment, you can find it too in the Austonian, right at the 10th floor. There is a billiard and game room and a 12-seat screening room on the 10th floor.

The Austonian is meant to give you a one of its kind experience. Like the other high end Austin condos, the Austonian also offers rooms for overnight guests. But what is unique for the tallest tower of Austin is: here the guestrooms are huge.
